Here is a list of the people that make it possible for me to continue being the Quirky Chick that I am:
My Shay! Not only is she the sister of my heart, she really is my actual sister! Love you muffin butt!
Bonnie(web sister)–The one who tells it like it is. She pops my balloon when it flies to close to the sun. She also supports, encourages and huggles me whenever I need it. She is also the one I have known longest. (5 years?)
Zen (star sister) Zen is so much like me we have decided we were separated at birth, and that I just floated about the cosmos until I was ready to be born some years later. She is the one who can most “get me” and ironically, I “get her” as well.
Mike (Gentleman Poster)–He will always be the “gentleman poster” to me. He was the 1st person I met on here. He has a way of keeping you on your toes. Intelligent too. Mike’s a guy who says what he thinks. His wife, is a lucky girl.
Redwinegums(aka mad scribbler): Sensa, the person I share many of my mad, quirky thoughts with. The only man in the world who actually enjoys letting me talk like a magpie. Did I mention he is the sweetest person in the world? I guess I just did.
Bryan (the joker) Hilarious dad with a good sense of family. He makes me remember that I have to eat my veggies. He also reminds me to laugh often, at myself and others.
Charlotte–Wife of Mike and all-around awesome person. She has a spunk and glimmer that lets me know exactly why Mike is such a lucky (and incredibly smart) fellow.
Chris–Seriously good singer with a heart as golden as his vocal cords. He takes fantastic photos as well, I got lost in there for at least 30 minutes one day.
Skunny–Anyone as spunky as this lady is destined for my peeps page. She makes me laugh, comments with clever bits of fun and just plain makes me smile.
Jenice — The gal is sassy and smart! Two of the the main things I look for in a peep! She has a razor-sharp wit and a romantic core. I think she fits in just perfectly on my peeps page.
Gary–I truly believe that if thoughtful contemplation had a face it would look similar to Gary’s. Writers have an amazing capacity for insight into things others miss. Gary doesn’t miss a thing!
Oz–Oz is not only a poet he is an awesome and really profound person. He really sees my work. He also shares my love of the moon.
Mayank–Poet and good friend who writes wonderful poetry. His name literally means “The Moon”, (need to introduce him to Oz I am thinking.)
Paul– Paul always has the nicest things to say to me, he also has some of the best writing and poetry I have ever been lucky enough to read!
Selma–Here’s a lady who never gives up! Always a good day when Selma comes around..and Wow can she write!!

Actually, I would say that we balance each other. We’re not exactly alike and we come from different perspectives, but differences in relationships are as important as similarities. We learn and grow from each other that way! I yank your balloon back before it flies out of your hand and is lost forever. You, however, give me balloons and bouquets to enjoy and savor from your own life! Thanks.

I just read this for the first time. I wanted to send you some kind of private message, but I don’t see a way to do that here.
When I read about the Gentleman Poster, I sort of giggled to myself and thought, “That sounds just like my Mike.” (I hadn’t scrolled the comments yet.) When I followed the link, my face lit up and a huge grin spread across it.
I know it’s not about me at all, but it’s awesome and heart-warming to see the love of my life being recognized in such a positive way. I am definitely a lucky girl; not only for being loved by such a perfect gentleman, but for becoming acquainted with others who appreciate him as well.
Sorry if this is inappropriate here, Like I said, I had wanted to contact you privately and didn’t see how. I won’t be offended in the least if you should choose to remove this.
Thanks again for making such a nice place on the web. I’ve been to a lot of cyber-places that made my stomach turn. Your place makes me feel positive and motived, and often puts a much needed spring in my step.

You have given me a wonderful gift with your words of encouragment. Mike is indeed a wonderful gentleman, but I think I can now see why he is so happy and well-adjusted, how can one not be with such a sunny spot of light in their life?..(I am talking about you here so don’t blush).(grin)
I never think anything said here is inappropriate, I post comments no matter if they are negative or positive, so long as they are truly felt, though I must admit to loving the positive. The only comments I delete are the ones that are swearing and/or crass in nature. Thank goodness that only happened once in 5000 visits to my blog.
Feel free to stay and visit as long as you like, and come back often. I’m always willing to share my pumpkin latte..though it’s harder to find after Winter ends.
