I lost 2 more pounds! I was worried when I stopped drinking the slim-fast (thats right I am slim-fast free people!) about my exercising and new sensible eating habits not being good enough, I am so happy to know it is good enough after all.
I weighed myself and have lost 45 pounds now. I know I mentioned it when I was at 43 so it’s not a really big revelation and all but I am incredibly glad. I now have to start the next phase in my exercise plan, firming up. This sounds easy but is in fact the part that hurts a freaking lot!!
Crunches, Leg Lifts, Stretches, you name it! I am woman, hear me whimper.
So lets see…

I have lost 45 pounds..my goal is to weigh 150. I now weigh 175 (huge grin) so that means I have…25 pounds left! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and it’s mine all mine!!!

Tomorrow is test day so that goal is almost done. I start learning to drive this weekend.(hope I do ok)

I have filled out every conceivable job application and need to turn 3 in to the shops tomorrow.

Have spoken to Mark about getting the ball rolling on divorce papers.

Have looked into checking account, car insurance, renting guidelines for single parents, checked out mustard seed people who help single moms get furniture and moral support, and various shops for cheap stuff I can refurbish to decorate my place.
Hope I have not missed anything… I miss my Shay. Shay!!!!! I want a letter in my mailbox (hand written please!! I also want pics of the boys and lots of encouragement…Yes, I am begging properly at the feet of the great Shay)

Congrats girl! I know first hand that it ain’t easy. I’ve had about three or four days of a relapse. So far no weight gain but watch…tomorrow I probably will have gained two pounds. It’s so damn tough but we’re tough too. We can do it!
I will write to you, and you need to write to me. I miss you too! I feel as though I am only getting Nectar Fizz and not “Bekki” sometimes. Starting on that letter as we speak!
BTW- Do you want Wicked & Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister? Excellent read! Let me know asap.
I am more then nectarfizz with you Shay..I promise. I will write an incredibly long and annoyingly sentimental e-mail after my permit test (that makes 2 I have to write..) I would love the confessions book, have been wanting to read that one actually.
